shopifypolicy.com is a free, no-login tool that helps independent ecommerce merchants generate GDPR and CCPA-aligned Privacy Policies, Terms of Service, and Refund Policies in seconds. We built it because every new store owner needs compliant policies, but most existing generators are paywalled, require an account, or send your business data to a server you have never heard of.

Our Mission

Lower the barrier to legal compliance for small ecommerce stores. Compliance should not require a law degree or a paid subscription just to get a starting template. We monetize through carefully selected affiliate partnerships and minimal display advertising so the core utility stays free for the merchants who need it most.

How It Works

When you fill out the store information form and click Generate, our template engine interpolates your details into jurisdiction-aware policy HTML entirely in your browser. Unless you explicitly enable the optional AI-assisted generation mode, your store name, URL, and contact details never leave your device. There is no backend database storing what you generate.

The generated HTML can be copied directly into your platform’s policy settings — Shopify’s Settings > Policies, WooCommerce’s policy pages, or any custom site’s CMS.
